We seek a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our Enterprise Customer Domain team, responsible for driving the strategy, capabilities, and evolution of customer-centric platforms and data products across 1-800 Contacts, The Framery, and ExpressExam.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within customer data, data platforms, MarTech, analytics, or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of customer data concepts, including identity resolution, profiles, consent, behavioral tracking, and lifecycle analytics.
- Experience working with data platforms and analytics environments, including Databricks, data warehouses, event pipelines, and enterprise backend REST APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with customer engagement and personalization platforms (e.g., Braze or similar lifecycle marketing tools).
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering and data teams, translating complex data and technical concepts into clear product direction.
- Experienced with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional enterprise teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Comfort defining and tracking customer funnels, metrics, and KPIs to assess product and business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of aligning diverse teams around shared customer outcomes.
