We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and implement the Safety and Health Program on a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) construction project.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience on similar size and scope projects.
- 1 year (at minimum) of safety experience on USACE projects.
- Must have completed the USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM-C) course (preferred or required, depending on project).
- Must have completed the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety training.
- EM 385-1-1 training within the last 5 years (40-hour preferred).
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification (current).
- Strong working knowledge of EM 385-1-1, OSHA standards (29 CFR 1926/1910), and federal safety regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to enforce site safety policies.
