Job Description
1 Resource Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a government-focused construction and infrastructure contractor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of estimating experience in construction, preferably with federal or public sector projects
- Strong proficiency with InEight (Cost, Estimate, and Project Controls modules)
- Proven track record of successful bids in government contracting environments
- In-depth understanding of FAR/DFARS, prevailing wage, and contract compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with project managers, procurement, and clients
