We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a full-cycle agency recruiter, you will be responsible for business development, client management, and technical candidate delivery. This role involves building long-term client relationships, sourcing and qualifying top technical talent, and consistently delivering high-quality candidate shortlists.
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience, preferably managing a 360 desk (sales + delivery)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practices, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing technical candidates in an agency setting
- Comfort with outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
- Working knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a desk and revenue stream
