The Data Support Coordinator role involves ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce database, maintaining data quality, updating dashboards, and supporting staff with data collection and training.
Requirements
- Maintain high-quality data within our Salesforce database
- Collaborate with the Data and Evaluation team to monitor and resolve incoming data support requests
- Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database
- Support in maintaining a high-quality resource library
- Co-facilitate regular staff training sessions
- Collaborate with Programs and the Data and Evaluation team to create forms and surveys
- Participate in regular professional development activities, team meetings, and weekly supervisorial meetings
- Support and represent 10,000 Degrees at fundraising and appreciation events
