Freelance Account Manager

The 1000heads Account team is a proud, powerful collective of social media obsessives who are experts in managing client relationships and delivering best-in-class, social-first campaigns. As a Freelance Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day client communications while partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Production, Design, and Insights teams to deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of agency experience, with a mix of account management and production experience (content, campaign, or event production)
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and production workflows
• Strong budget management and financial tracking skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Deep understanding of social platforms and digital content ecosystems
• Culturally connected with a passion for social media, content, and emerging trends
