We are looking for a German-speaking Community Manager to join our growing team in Berlin. You will work closely with specialists across Insights, Strategy, Creative and Client Services to deliver social-first work that builds engaged, active communities.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Community Manager / Social Media role (agency experience preferred)
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to flex tone across platforms
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) and their nuances
- Experience with moderation, including escalation processes and customer-facing interactions
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
- Experience with social publishing and listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite) a plus
- Culturally aware, proactive and always curious about trends and online behaviour
