Requirements

• Own and manage day-to-day account operations
• Develop a strong understanding of the client's business
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact
• Lead account administration responsibilities
• Facilitate internal and external meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Monitor project scopes and timelines
• Support the development of client presentations
• Maintain performance tracking documents
• Mentor and support junior team members
