Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a critical role in building and scaling production-ready internal platforms, proprietary technology, and AI-enabled systems at 1000heads. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives for building, enjoys ownership, and can move confidently from concept to deployment.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional development experience
- Strong expertise in: React.js, Next.js, Node.js, SQL, Git / Bitbucket workflows
- Proven experience delivering production-ready applications
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment
- Additional valuable experience: Python, PHP, Django, Supabase, AI/ML workflows and data platforms, Serverless architectures and API-first design, Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers
