10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA, seeking a Director of Growth to build and lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across its first live locations and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a track record of driving measurable customer growth in a startup or high-growth consumer business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
• A track record of driving measurable customer growth in a startup or high-growth consumer business
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to make decisions quickly
• Proven ability to drive performance and brand equity
• A highly hands-on approach and willingness to personally build, test, launch, and iterate
• Strong judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience with physical retail, multi-location businesses, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or consumer services is a plus
