Job Description
10Beauty is a robotics startup seeking an energetic and self-starter Field Service Engineer to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and supporting robotic systems at customer locations across the US.
Requirements
- BS Engineering with 3+ years of robotics/automation/systems engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, software, and networking
- Strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
- Clear and effective communication, with technical and non-technical colleagues, and experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in diverse environments and adjust to changing needs and technical challenges
