Job Description
Director of Pharma Sales, Americas. Lead a team of Pharma Sales Executives, selling into pharma, biotech, and CRO/service providers. Focus on in-field activity, coaching, and leading the team to achieve commercial goals.
Requirements
- B.S. in life science, chemistry
- Proven successful sales management experience in life science or diagnostics marketing to pharma/biotech customers
- Minimum of 5 years senior level sales experience in NGS, or Diagnostics
- Willingness to accept 75% travel
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and CRM database
- Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Results orientated, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment
