Field Application Scientist, Detroit

As a Field Application Scientist, you will engage with customers daily, deliver system usage training, and provide support across the region, ensuring rapid adoption and maximum customer success with 10x Genomics' products.

Requirements

• Communicate with customers and keep them apprised of advancements in 10x technology and software
• Coordinate and perform customer site trainings and demonstrations
• Identify, document and communicate customer issues; complaints or concerns to management
• Scientifically partner with customers as they develop their research utilizing 10x technologies
• Troubleshoot issues related to user's technical skills, sample preparation and processing, biochemistry/assay design, experimental design, software and instruments
