Scientist II, Single Cell Automation (Contract)

We are seeking an outstanding and driven individual to join the Single Cell Biology group as a contract position. This role will support the development and adaptation of existing 10x single cell assays to automated workflows, and support customers with advanced troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running 10x single cell assays
• Deep understanding of NGS and standard molecular biology techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Molecular biology techniques, including nucleic acid extraction, PCR/qPCR, and NGS library preparation
• Experimental design and statistical data analysis
• Experience working with challenging clinical sample types
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
