Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong planning and analysis background with an understanding of Manufacturing fundamentals and Cost Accounting.

Requirements

• Establish solid business partnership with various teams in an assigned function across the global Operations organization
• Manage, improve and streamline the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for the team
• Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month-end variance and management reporting
• Provide analytical support and financial guidance to help with various business decisions
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business partners' areas of focus and critical issues to provide value-add insight and guidance
• Develop ideas for process improvement for scaling the finance department and implement in collaboration with other FP&A team members
