Requirements

• 10-12+ years in performance marketing or digital growth, with at least 5 years leading teams and owning acquisition budgets at the Director or VP level
• Managed $10M+ in annual paid media spend
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven team builder with ability to hire and lead great performance marketers
• Strong communicator with ability to translate channel performance into business impact for CEO and other stakeholders
