Client Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Lead who can strengthen our team based in the heart of Eindhoven. You are good at building effective relationships with multiple customers, where you make ambitious plans concrete from the content and exceed expectations.

Requirements

• A completed HBO/WO degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or account management, preferably on the agency side.
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Experience with sales through marketplaces such as Amazon and Bol.com (vendor/seller) is a plus.
• Building relationships, scoring on NPS, and solving problems is in your DNA.
• You are result-oriented, communicatively skilled, and work structured.
• You are critical, analytically strong, and base priorities and proposals on facts and data.
