Responsible for supporting key HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, training, compliance, and HRIS processes.
Requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes
- Administer benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data
- Support safety programs, workers' compensation, and return-to-work processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including staffing agencies
- Assist with HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
