Requirements
- Staffing/recruiting or Warehouse Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls & emails daily
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- On-Call responsibilities could require you to go out on site to client, must be available to do so (within 20 minutes or less response time) within the hours of your shift
- May require occasional coverage for Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) to cover for vacations/time off for other On-Site staff
