Social Media Managerin (w/m/d)

We are Ouchie, a company that creates first-aid sets for families with children from 0-12 years old. We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to build our brand on Instagram and TikTok with a great community.

Requirements

• Building Instagram and TikTok channels with a content strategy and posting plan.
• Producing Reels and short videos that speak to real parents.
• Creating content pillars such as adventure days with Ouchie, first-aid tips, unboxings, behind-the-scenes, and seasonal themes.
• Building a community by answering comments, managing DMs, and having real conversations.
• Outreach to influencers, such as mama bloggers, midwives, and outdoor families, and coordinating collaborations.
• Coordinating user-generated content and curating and reposting it.
