Senior Product Designer

15Five is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for a cross-functional product team and shape the future of 15Five's platform. The role involves defining product direction, creating intuitive and scalable experiences, and delivering high-quality solutions to complex enterprise challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including B2B SaaS and complex UX work
• Experience designing for web apps and integrated workflows (e.g., Slack, Teams)
• Familiarity with AI-driven experiences and data-integrated design
• Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Proficiency in user research planning, facilitation, and synthesis
• Clear communication skills in both collaborative and critique settings
• Comfort sharing work early, seeking feedback, and iterating quickly
