We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Partnerships team, responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients' sports and entertainment-related partnerships. The role will support the entertainment and music partnerships and report to the team's Account Manager.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Agency experience or previous internship is a plus.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
- Comfortable with presenting and speaking to clients.
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any task.
- Approach situations with a problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Pleasant, positive attitude.
