Requirements
- 15+ years of senior-level experience in partnership, sponsorship, or cultural marketing
- Deep understanding of lifestyle and cultural marketing, with expertise across sports, esports, music, entertainment, talent, and media ecosystems
- Proven ability to develop and lead large-scale, integrated partnership strategies with measurable business outcomes
- Executive-level client relationship management experience, including C-suite and senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong āBig Ideaā sell-in experience, with the ability to translate strategy into compelling narratives and platforms
- Extensive experience negotiating complex partnership and sponsorship agreements
- Operational understanding of live events, experiential marketing, and large-scale activations
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, while driving disciplined execution
- High proficiency in data, analytics, and performance measurement, with the ability to interpret insights, guide decision-making, and communicate results to clients and internal leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across organizations
