The successful candidate will be responsible for building the team from zero, managing software development process, and providing technical leadership. The role also requires co-working with data team to build up a robust data or intelligent system to benefit our business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Software Engineering
• 6+ years in software industry
• 4+ years as a developer
• Experience in 3rd party payment integration
• Experience in managing software development teams
• Well understanding of software development process
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and coding skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
