L3 Systems Administrator

We are seeking a remote L3 Systems Administrator to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will interact with clients to design, manage, and troubleshoot their IT systems, and serve as an escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience working in IT Industry
• 2+ years minimum experience working at a managed IT services provider (MSP) in a System Administrator capacity
• University or college degree in IT or related field is preferred
• Obtained industry certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto, Veeam
