Business & Data Analyst - B2B2C

1GLOBAL is a technology-driven global mobile communications provider seeking a Business & Data Analyst to support its B2B2C business by turning complex data into clear insights and decision-ready analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data lakes or large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI/DWH tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivoting, modelling, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of business models, value chains, and technical systems.
• Ability to navigate complex operations, understand performance drivers, and derive clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting business case development, benchmarking, or strategic analysis.
• Excellent communication skills — able to present complex insights in a simple and effective way.
• High degree of ownership, proactivity, and the ability to drive tasks end-to-end.
