.Net Backend Team Lead

1GLOBAL is a technology-driven global mobile communications provider seeking a talented and experienced engineering leader to lead the implementation, scaling, and growth of multiple platform software solutions. The team lead will be responsible for guiding technical direction, ensuring delivery, and fostering team growth.

Requirements

• Proven technical leadership and people management experience
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance short-term delivery pressure with long-term technical vision
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience developing and operating scalable, distributed systems
• Strong software architecture skills, including microservices, system design, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in.NET
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation
• Solid knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
