We are looking for a Graduate Customer Success Support - Mobile to provide timely and effective assistance to customers resolving issues, guide users through product features, and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
Requirements
- 3-year tertiary qualification (minimum NQF level 5)
- Degree or Diploma in Information Systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Understanding CRM and ticketing systems
