Job Description
1Password is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our new Growth Engineering Team. This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, metrics-driven experimentation, and cross-team collaboration, enabling engineers to move fast while maintaining quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing, leading, and mentoring software engineering teams
- Experience leading teams that build customer-facing SaaS products and technical platforms
- Strong technical judgment and experience partnering with engineering teams on architecture and system design
- Demonstrated success owning delivery outcomes for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
