We are looking for a Promoter (m/w/d) Customer Information Deutsche Bahn in Leverkusen. You will inform travelers of Deutsche Bahn about current construction measures and resulting changes in the travel schedule. You will also guide passengers to the correct platforms, tracks, or departure areas in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
