We are looking for a Promoter (m/f/d) Customer Information Deutsche Bahn in Hagen. Your tasks include informing passengers about current construction measures and resulting changes in travel schedules, explaining new timetables and alternative routes, and leading passengers to the right platforms, tracks, or departure areas.
