Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at one of Abu Dhabi's leading hotel chains. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
