Job Description
We are searching for a Hostess with a pleasing personality to be a part of our client's Hotel in KSA. The Hostess will be the first point of interaction for our visitors and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and an enjoyable feasting experience.
Requirements
- High school education
- Certification in Hospitality
- Earlier work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant
- Knowledge of restaurant protocol
- Understanding of health and safety guidelines
- Know-how in handling reservations
- Outstanding communication skills
- Amazing soft skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, on holidays, nights, and weekends
- Pleasant personality with good customer service skills
- Good decision-making abilities
- Amenable to working in KSA
- Must be proficient and well-conversed in the English Language
