Process Engineering Manager

We are looking to hire Process Engineering Manager for our client in KSA. The role is responsible for managing Process Engineering activities of plants at Ras Al-Khair to ensure that adequate support is provided to plant operations by way of process engineering and optimization of the plant operations.

Requirements

• Contribute to the development of the Process Engineering strategy for the Ras Al-Khair Plants in line with the vision, mission, and business objectives of the company
• Manage the activities of assigned department staff and perform supervision at the level established by Management for the job role
• Develop and ensure implementation of functional policies, processes, procedures, and controls covering all areas of Process Engineering activity at Ras Al-Khair
• Participate in the development of an operational HSE Management System
• Prepare the annual operational and capital expenses financial budget and manage the Process Engineering department activities in accomplishing those budgets
• Monitor and control the completion of various Technical projects within project parameters e.g. Cost, timelines, quality, and functionality
• Ensure the quality of raw materials and intermediate in the different plant facilities meets the quality specifications
• Manage Process Engineering in order to ensure that the process control systems are fully optimized and accomplish Business Plan goals
• Manage and coordinate the working and evaluation of catalyst performance throughout its life in the processing unit
• Approve, within limits of authority, or otherwise recommend the purchase of chemicals needed to keep the process running continuously
• Ensure the preparation of periodical MIS and progress reports to keep top management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision making
