Job Description
We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment communities in Kenner, Metairie and River Ridge. The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy items such as appliances
