Packaging Coordinator

1st Phorm is a rapidly growing fitness and lifestyle company seeking a Packaging Coordinator to develop product packaging that drives brand impact and product sales. The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent copyright skills, and a high attention to detail. As a key member of the cross-functional team, the Packaging Coordinator will work with product development, marketing, quality control, and suppliers to design and produce packaging that meets compliance, creative and operational standards.

Requirements

• Design and develop/update packaging for a wide range of SKUs across a developing catalog
• Collaborate with product development, quality control, and operations teams to ensure packaging accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Setup project with printer and manage all artwork exchange
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to produce packaging materials and ensure production readiness
• Research industry trends and competitive packaging to inform design decisions
• Maintain organized files and documentation for packaging production and revisions
