We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide hands-on support for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across mechanical and electrical assemblies. The role will assist in setting up and supporting machining, assembly, and test operations, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality builds.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing, assembly, machining, or wire harness production environments
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical production issues
- Familiarity with interpreting work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation
- Experience performing inspections, in-process verification, or production testing
- Understanding of crimping, connector assembly, harness routing, or precision mechanical assembly
- Ability to support implementation of engineering changes and validate new revisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate complex technical issues appropriately
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, and Production teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production standards
