Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or hardware environment
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle many moving parts
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a candidate-first mindset
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Passion for building great teams and enabling great hiring
