Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical systems
• Proven project management experience
• Adaptable and open-minded approach
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Strong people management and team-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in robotic and controls programming preferred
