Job Description
We are looking for a Test Engineer, Manufacturing to join our manufacturing team in Hayward, CA. The role involves developing end-to-end quality strategies for robot manufacturing, conducting PFMEA, and collaborating with test and firmware teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of electromechanical hardware testing in manufacturing
- Experience with PCBA testing, IMU calibration, actuator and sensor validation, or end-of-line system testing
- Strong understanding of PFMEA, Gage R&R, and statistical data analysis
- Hands-on experience with test hardware (power supplies, CAN tools, actuators, etc.)
- Self-starter with strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
