Job Title: Retail Sales. 2020 Companies is hiring Lead Generators to work inside a major warehouse retailer environment. The primary responsibility is to generate new leads by scheduling in-home measurement and product consultation appointments. The role involves promoting flooring solutions, scheduling in-home consultations, educating customers, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 12+ months previous retail selling experience in home improvement or related experience, flooring sales experience
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays
• Warm, self-motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
• Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation
