Injection Molding Maintenance Technician II

Injection Molding Maintenance Technician II uses technical experience with plastic injection molding to set up, process, and troubleshoot electric and hydraulic injection machines and auxiliary equipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent experience as a process mold technician in plastic injection molding with strong mechanical aptitude
• RJG Master Molder Certification or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of process controllers, robotics, injection molding equipment, hydraulics and/or electrical systems
• Good communication and interpretation skills, good visual skills for assessing part quality
• Above basic math skills and reasoning ability
• Moderate computer skills
