Job Description
Rothschild & Co is a leading global financial services group seeking an IT Service Management and Workplace Specialist to join their team in Zurich. The successful candidate will have a varied and hands-on role working as part of the IT Services Team, covering topics such as support and continuous improvements to our workplace infrastructure, support of our Traders and their trading systems, onsite support of Bank staff, leading projects in our Workplace environment and other Infrastructure areas.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or degree
- IT supporter background and Service Delivery mentality
- Strong technical understanding in end user computing and IT Infrastructure
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and German
- Strong team player with an ability to establish and maintain trust and confidence amongst peers and colleagues
- Experience of working with external service providers
