Head of Operations- Hiring for our Portfolio Company

The Head of Operations will lead the onboarding and integration of new partner clinics, establish SOPs across the clinic network, and monitor clinic performance metrics. The role requires 10–12 years of experience in healthcare operations and leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in healthcare operations, network management, or scaling multi-location service delivery models
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing operational teams across diverse geographies
• Experience in clinic operations, hospital administration, or healthcare services (e.g., diagnostics, outpatient care, or wellness networks) preferred
• Strong background in process design, quality control, and performance monitoring for distributed partner networks
• Demonstrated experience working with clinicians and healthcare professionals to co-develop programs and improve patient outcomes
