Requirements
- Patient Admission, Discharge, and Transfer: Manage patient processes in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Monitor vital signs, perform physical examinations, and continuously assess patient conditions.
- Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed oncology treatments, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy, while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Chemoport & PICC Line Management: Efficiently insert, maintain, and monitor chemoports and PICC lines to support patients requiring long-term intravenous therapies, including chemotherapy, nutrition, or antibiotics
- Symptom Management: Identify and manage treatment-related side effects, providing appropriate interventions to ensure patient comfort.
- Patient and Family Education: Offer clear information about diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care strategies, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Coordination of Care: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all aspects of care and treatment.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for patients and staff.
