Senior Manager - Growth (GTM)

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Growth to work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales & GTM team on key priorities. The role will involve driving strategic initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience across healthcare, Pharma, D2C, e-commerce, or high growth startups
• MBA from a Tier-1 institution
• Engineering background is preferred
• Able to break down ambiguity into smaller constructs and problem solve
• Ability to differentiate between execution-focused tasks and insight-driven/discovery tasks
• Strong team player who can collaborate well across functions, leadership, and sub-cultures
