Requirements

• Master's degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Driver License
• LCSW License (highly preferred)
• Home Health experience (21st Century HHS)
• Strong social work assessment and clinical skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations
• Valid LCSW/MSW license and certifications
