Job Description
21st Century Home Health Services is seeking motivated, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)s to provide in-home care to patients in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda Counties. Requirements
- Current and unrestricted CA LVN license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Valid CA Driver's License
- High level of clinical knowledge in home health care is highly preferred
