21st Century Home Health Services is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for Home Health positions in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda Counties. They offer flexible schedules, targeted territories, autonomy, and a collaborative work environment focused on patient care and well-being. They are expanding throughout the Bay Area and anticipate expanding clinics by early 2023.

Requirements

• Examine and develop treatment plans for individuals in their homes.
• Promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
• Work with patients to prevent loss of mobility.
• Pass a California PT License exam.
