21st Century Home Health Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide care to patients in their homes. Requirements

• Current and unrestricted CA RN license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Case Management fundamentals is highly desired
• High level of clinical knowledge in home health care is highly preferred
